Fitness & Spa
Our newly refurbished facility features everything to make your stay as relaxing or invigorating as you would like.

Relax by the pool, enjoy lunch on the deck, participate in a fitness class, try your hand at squash, workout with a trainer one-on-one, or enjoy one of our many spa experiences.

Fitness Centre
Our Fitness Centre is available to hotel guests at least 16 years of age, free of charge, and features Keiser weight training equipment, exercise balls and bands, and an array of dumbbells, barbells, and Olympic free weights for squat rack or bench press use. Cardiovascular equipment features 3 computerized exercise bikes, 2 free climbers, 2 treadmills, 1 rower, and 1 elliptical trainer.

Squash court bookings may be made 24 hours in advance. Equipment can be rented. Fitness classes can include early morning hikes, yoga, pilates, traditional aerobics, step, body sculpt and weight room circuits, and are taught by certified instructors. Enquire at the reception desk for a class schedule.

Certified Fitness Professionals provide personal training, lifestyle consultation, fitness assessment, and nutritional analysis, for nominal fees.

Pools
Guests may use our indoor pool (20ft wide by 40ft long by 4 ft deep) and whirlpool (20 person capacity), free of charge. The whirlpool can accommodate 20 guests at one time. Both pools are salt water, and if you forget your bathing suit, one can be purchased at our spacious retail area. Children under 12 must be accommodated by an adult at least 18 years of age, as no lifeguard is on duty. Change rooms are equipped with lockers, steam rooms, showers, towels and amenities are provided. The pool deck features a sauna, lounge chairs and tables, and soothing music to complement. In the summer months you can enjoy lunch on the pool deck, weather permitting.

Spa
Enjoy the splendour of the Canadian Rockies while pampering yourself in a treatment from our full service spa. Choose from facial, hand, foot and body care treatments, or relax with your choice of a Swedish, aromatherapy, or shiatsu massage.

Packages can be designed specifically for men and women, and group bookings can be accommodated with advance notice.

Gift certificates are available upon request. We regret that cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the reserved service fee being charged.
